30-Day Return Policy for Defective Items

At AptPet, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you receive a defective item, we're here to make it right.

Defective Items Criteria:

  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Defects include manufacturing faults and damage incurred during shipping.

Process for Returning Defective Items:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service team at support@aptpet.com or 404.941.0506 to report the issue and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Provide Details: Clearly explain the defect and provide relevant photographs, if possible, to expedite the process.
  3. Receive RMA Number: Once approved, you will be issued an RMA number and provided with return instructions.
  4. Return the Item: Ship the defective item back to us using a trackable shipping method within 7 days of receiving your RMA number.
  5. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it. If the defect is confirmed, we will initiate a replacement or offer a refund, including the cost of return shipping.

Please Note:

  • Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or regular wear and tear are not considered defective.
